14-Day Money Back Guarantee
At Our Rural Internet (ORI), each active customer is allowed 14 days to use the purchased device. The 14 days starts from the date that the device was successfully delivered. If the device or service does not meet the expectations of the customer, a refund will be issued for the device if it has been shipped back within the 14 day time period since the customer received it. The package must include all of the equipment that was included in the original package (ie: power cords, antenna, etc.). The package must be returned in its original packaging. The device and equipment must not be damaged. If the returned package is damaged, missing items, or is not in its original packaging, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. If the package is postmarked after the 14 day guarantee period, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, however the actual delivery date can be after the 14 days since the customer nor ORI can control the efficiency of the shipping carrier.
For any refund requests, please contact Our Rural Internet (ORI) at email@example.com. Once the refund request has been received, we, or one of our trusted resellers, will provide you with an RMA number. Please note that you must contact us to request a refund in order for a refund to be issued. Please do not ship back your return until you have received an RMA number from ORI.
After receiving an RMA number from Our Rural Internet (ORI), place the device and any additional equipment securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided to you by the RMA Agent.
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning a device. These shipping costs are non-refundable. ORI cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. ORI is not responsible for the loss or any damage to any of your return shipments, so we recommend that you insure the returned equipment properly with your shipping carrier in case of shipping damage or loss.
After Our Rural Internet (ORI) receives the returned device, the condition of the item will be inspected. Then, the refund will be processed for the device and the service. The $25 activation fee is non-refundable. ORI, or one of it’s trusted resellers, will contact you once the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, as it varies depending on your credit card company.
At Our Rural Internet (ORI), we do not accept sim card returns or exchanges.
At Our Rural Internet (ORI), there is a $25 restocking fee charged for all device returns. With the $25 non-refundable activation fee, this would bring the total charges to $50.
