While standard Hulu service will work on cellular device, Hulu Live is their live TV service that uses your IP Address to show you local programming. Since your service is cellular-based, the IP address changes often which causes Hulu Live to kick out the connection. So until they change their system to a more modern approach and to stop punishing rural area communities that use cellular and satellite for Internet communications, the Hulu Live feature will not work.
